Who am I

As a small child I was always drawing and writing journals, without knowing what journals or comics were. At the age of 5, I became a cartoonholic and never recovered.

I grew up with a passion for animation, illustration and a big sensibility for arts. I went to university in Colombia for Audiovisual Arts and did my Master’s in Animation in Switzerland.

When I was 20, I moved to Europe, motivated to learn about other cultures. Since then, I’ve travelled a lot and lived in many places, until I found my happy place between a small Swiss-Italian village and Zurich.

In my career as an animator and illustrator, I’ve worked with clients like NIVEA, Cartoon Network, CeeLo Green, and Viva con Agua.

Right now, I am working on a graphic novel about a girl named Mija, and her friend Toque, a skeleton. Mija and her Dad watch films every friday night. While Dad falls asleep every time, Mija and Toque travel inside 16mm movies, having adventures while learning a lot about themselves and life.
