The secret life of animals vol 1.
Have you ever wondered what toads do when no one is watching? I did and spent weeks observing them, talking to them, and hearing their dreams and complaints. They often feel rejected and don´t like how people scream when they find them resting inside flower pots, shoes, or kitchenware. “La Sociedad Anfibica” is a secret society for amphibians and they wrote a Manifesto to express how they truly are and what they desire. Here is the Manifesto:
The Toads Manifesto
Many people would believe that toads are cold, stiff, thick-skinned beings with flat desires. But they are nothing far than wrong. I come to tell you that toads are as sensitive as a dog or an infant. We sail a sea of dreams and dilemmas, which reveal maps and treasures, descendants, naps on clouds, delicacies, and romances. We like to wear silk with intrinsic ancestral traces. We are children of crafters, we practice poetry and fencing while you are still at war. So next time you think of toads as simple beings, don´t forget we are as complex as quantum itself and as a seed.
